Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My wonderful fiance JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our family. Most people know me through my Instagram platform, @annephung. Here I share my life- the highs the lows and all between. I emigrated in to America with my family and brothers in 1990, when I was one and a half years young. I'm not now sharing my story to you, if not since my parents were devoted to dedication and hard work. When I realized that I had the potential to enjoy a brighter and more promising future I set out to succeed and make my parents proud. I believed that my life would turn out a certain way: graduate from college, land job in a corporation, be married, and then start the family. Though I believed that this was what defines achievement, the reality of life had its own strategies. The amount of money I earned and the status of my work was not what I wanted to be. It was as if I was wasting my time and energy for money. I had a passion for exercise and being social and helping others as I navigated towards this new path in life I found my calling in personal training. The year 2014 was the year I began my small-scale business. It will be my seventh anniversary in 2021. As an Asian female in this business, it is rare to find our kind. The coaching profession is a niche I would like to make a difference through providing high-quality training that will assist others in becoming healthier and happier. It is my goal to help people to pursue their goals and achieve all they wish to achieve in their lives. While my professional life was taking off, I suffered one of the biggest losses in my lifein the death of my mom. After a long battle with the disease, she is currently resting at Heaven. I will never forget her. I forever keep her in my thoughts and my heart. Life has the ability to provide us with precisely what we require, even if we are unable to recognize the lesson at this moment. The loss of my mother affected me greatly and I'm convinced she provided me another chance to live my life. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. The opportunity was there to embark on a new journey as I was given my second chance at living happy and fulfilled life. It's been a while since I've had a time I really feel I am alive. I am sharing my experiences for you to ensure that you will resonate through my thoughts and stories to help you realize that you're not the only one, for you to know that you are beyond capable of anything that you put your mind to that true love can be found in therapy that is normal and necessary, that being healthy is your most precious type of wealth. Since death is the only thing there is in this world, I hope you enjoy the rest of your days and live without regrets.
